Dakhla, the Sand Warden

dakhla This genie commands the powers of Sand and wind and stands equal to Damanhur in power. Dakhla can summon mighty sandstorms and whirlwinds to sweep away enemies and sow confusion on the battlefield. Dakhla increases your Resource Cap and summons free Scorpions when he levels up.
